These are the terms for text messages sent by Ameer Alnseirat about the wedding of Ameer Alnseirat and Reem Alsaifi, and for the use of this invitation website.

The messages

Texts are sent only to guests who agreed to them, and agreeing is never a condition of anything: every guest receives their invitation whether or not they want it by text. If you agree, you will receive your invitation link by text from Ameer Alnseirat, a confirmation when you reply, and at most one reminder before replies close. That is the whole program: up to three messages in total, and no marketing. Message and data rates may apply.

There are two ways to agree. On ameerandreem.com/texts, the request form has a separate, optional box for texts, unticked until you tick it; the form works without it, and we then email your invitation or bring it to you. Or Ameer or Reem ask you in person or by phone, and this is what they say: "Would you like your wedding invitation by text message from Ameer Alnseirat? If you say yes, you agree to receive texts about Ameer & Reem's wedding: your invitation link, a confirmation when you reply, and at most one reminder before replies close. Up to 3 messages in total. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. If you would rather not, we will email your invitation or bring it to you. Our privacy policy is at ameerandreem.com/privacy and our terms at ameerandreem.com/terms." A number given to us without that yes is never texted by the site.

Stopping and help

Reply STOP to any message and you will receive nothing further. Reply HELP and you will get a short message with how to reach us. You can also email ameeralns35@gmail.com at any time.

Costs and carriers

Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your invitation link

The link in your text opens an invitation addressed to your household and lets you reply for the people named on it. Please keep it to yourselves; it is not an open invitation.
